Use ice to chill your raw ingredients, put into your drinks, or chill your drinks. Also, if you really need to, feel free to barbecue it. Results may be disappointing.
Probably the most necessary item for barbecues. Without it, you’ll have nothing to overcook your food with. Bring out the best flavour in your food when using charcoal to cook.
Forks, Knives and Spoons. Be sure to include these in your barbecue. Unless you like scooping up flaming hot foods with your bare hands, then you can probably go without.
Foam Box/Ice Bins
Foam boxes and ice bins are handy to store your chilled meats and keeping your drinks cold. Also, use them to keep ice from turning into a puddle. Don’t forget foam boxes are reusable, take them home, stack’em high, and *viola* you’ve got modern art.
Fire starters, matches, tongs, and other items to pick food stuffs up with are crucial when you’re cooking over an open flame. Don’t forget the shiny pokey things used to impale flesh and other organic material as well. Oh, they’re called skewers right?
Sometimes things get messy, other times they get really messy, and in the worst cases it necessitates a trip to a public outdoor toilet and a whole lot of tissue paper. Don’t go unprepared, equip yourself with an item you don’t want to live without when nature calls.
I don’t know how you’d ever forget this. You either need it, or don’t. But you just can’t forget beer when you need it. We really only put it in to make sure the columns and rows aren’t missing anything.
Barbecues usually require you to be stuck in the hot, humid outdoors for an extended period of time. Keep yourself cool and hydrated by enjoying beverages. Beverages also serve as a beer substitute for those who would like to be anti-fun.
Cups, pretty self explanatory. You need something to drink out of. This isn’t some magical list of items that will suddenly transform your barbecue into a fairy tail feast. If you couldn’t tell, I’m all out of ideas for silly descriptions.
Poke poke poke. I really don’t have much to say here. If you’re barbecuing up some satay for yourself wooden skewers are invaluable.
Sometimes your cook gets overzealous and grills up way more food than your party can eat at one time. And sometimes you just want something to eat off of.
Aluminum Foil Tray
Place year food items in these trays for easy access to them before dropping them onto the grill. No one wants to keep having to reach into a foam box to grab food items to toss onto the grill. Well, maybe you do if you’re trying to work out that gluteus maximus.
